WARRANTY AND HIDDEN CHARGES:

The price mentioned on the website is the final price. There are no extra taxes, no hidden costs and no additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY:

If you need to return a book packet, we have a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”. You may return any unopened packets within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs. Please note that it should be unopened and in its original packing.

If you receive an item that is damaged/ defective or receive a wrong item, please notify us editor@malayanma.org, quoting your order number. Our support team will help you to sort out the issue. malayanma.org now deliver items only inside in India. We will be go through online transactions very soon.

Please note that you cannot return the book if you are not happy with it. Because books are for reading and before buying you can read the reviews about the book by other readers and make a decision to buy or not to buy the book.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

If you need to cancel your order, feel free to contact us before the item being despatched and mention your order number. You can cancel one or more items in your order. Your order will stand cancelled at no extra cost.
